The stressful life of being The Boken has caused me some shoulder and neck pain .  After doing extensive research on physical therapy establishments in the Hoboken area, I settled on Mile Square Physical Therapy located at 608 Washington Street.  When you first look at the building from the outside it does not look like a big place but once you enter their space is large enough to fit 11 tables for the 3 or 4 therapist to work their magic. 

I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist Nicole who knew my name before I even entered.  From that point forward for every single visit I was on a first name basis with the entire staff.  From my therapist Caesar who is outstanding to one of the many assistants made me feel at home.  Everyone their enjoys their job and is happy to help their clients feel better.

Their hours are convenient for everyone.  Mile Square PT is open Monday-Friday from 7am-8pm and Saturdays from 10am-3pm.
