One of my absolute favorite types of food to eat is Indian and Hoboken has a plethora of offerings. From Karma Kafe to Bombay West, Washington Street has no shortage of great-tasting Indian cuisine.

Navigating a menu for healthy choices can be difficult. Luckily, Pita Grill makes it pretty easy. It’s a perfect place to find nutritious options without having to look too hard. Not only do they dedicate an entire section to ‘Vegging-Out” but they tout homemade soups, whole-wheat pitas and lean meats among many others.
